Plenty of room to park a car. It's a 10 minute walk to Caversham town centre, 15 min walk to Reading mainline station. 2 house mates aged 26 and 28 are friendly and keen to share the house and bills. It's not a party house but enjoy having friends over for a chat, films and a drink.
