Unfortunately our friend has to move out so we have a top floor room to rent in our lovely home in Caversham. Plenty of storage space available in the eaves of the room and a big dormer window.
The house is situated a 7 minute walk from reading station, and 5 minutes from central Caversham in a quiet street. Parking is available a two minute walk away round the corner.
Sadly our housemate is having to relocate and we don't want to loose this perfect little home!
