Cosy Double room - Smart house - Close to town

I'm currently living in a cosy, modern 3 bedroomed terrace house in lower Caversham. Myself and 2 friends moved here 6 months ago, one of my house mates is moving back to their native New Zealand so we're looking for someone to replace her.

We signed for 12 months which ends in late April 2015 with an option to renew.

The room available is the smallest, a double bed can fit. The room however comes with en-suite.

The house was refurbished before we moved in and included complete new equipment such as fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, bath/shower, carpet/flooring etc.

The rent covers the share of rent plus council tax, water & Broadband (Virgin fibre optic) The only bill this does not cover is Gas/Electric which we sort out quarterly.

Subject to moving in you would have to meet with the owners (a really friendly couple, very helpful and respectful of our privacy) and there are some costs with estate agent fees, deposit ect which we can go over during a viewing.

Myself and the other house mate have been very happy living here, it's a convenient 15 minutes walk to town and the station and there is a convenience store around the corner.

We both work in bars so our hours are completely erratic so we're pretty nocturnal but completely respectful when it comes to noise late at night. Ideally we're looking for someone professional working full-time, the most important things we're looking for is someone who is easy to get along with and is reasonably tidy.

On Street parking is avaliable, but it's also a short walk to town.
