Our 3 bedroom house is in a great location - just a 5 minute walk from Caversham centre and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Reading. We back onto Christchurch Meadows which is very handy as we are in a quiet location with great transport links, however no one in the house drives so the space on the driveway would be all yours if you do!

The room available is a front facing furnished double room at £470pcm inc bills. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and an airing cupboard so plenty of storage) however your own furniture can be easily accommodated.

Downstairs we have a homely, fully equipped kitchen and a separate lounge with tv and the Sky entertainment and movie package and wifi throughout. We also have a south facing garden which we use in the summer for drinks and BBQs. There is a downstairs toilet as well as plenty of space in the spare room and garage to store anything you may need to. Upstairs there are the bedrooms and another bathroom.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, tv license, sky tv, phone and wifi)

You would be sharing with 2 male professional housemates. Generally during the week we are quite busy with work and evening activities, we do however like to share the occassional dinner, drinks or bbq.
