Quiet location in heart of village, easy access to M4 and on frequent bus routes. Few minutes to Heathrow. Large room, 4m x 4m, orthopedic mattress, bedding (quilts/pillows/quilt covers included) 4m of built in wardrobes with large window. Masses of storage, king-sized storage bed, 2 x wicker chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, laundry basket, large armchair, full length dressing mirror. en-suite bathroom with shower. Very large kitchen/diner - dedicated cupboard space, fridge and freezer space. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Currently 3 of the 5 occupants smoke, both in communal areas and own rooms. Looking for additional person for quiet enjoyment, we are all sociable and have a chat but considerate of everyone's privacy. Guests ok - one at a time, Overnight guests ok upto twice a week- there is a surcharge if 3-4 night overnight guests per week of £100 a month, guests overnight of more than 4 nights are not permitted. Personal use Sky + TV in room included. Local shop/pubs/takeaway food within 2 minutes. Need a dog/cat tolerant person as have both at the property.
