Single, quiet, considerate professional wanted for large double bedroom, to share large 4 bed detached house with established garden in Crowthorne with two other male and one female occupants. We are mostly at work or working away and when we are in we are very quiet and keep ourselves to ourselves. Monday to Friday rental considered.

The bedroom is fully furnished with very comfortable double size bed and large wardrobe.

You will have use of the large family bathroom, with roll top bath, separate shower, basin and lavatory which you would share with one very quiet and clean male occupant.(I have my own en-suite). There is a loo downstairs too.

You would have full use of the large kitchen/dining room that is fully equipped (Neff oven and hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer etc) and separate pantry, and two living rooms and two conservatories.

There is extremely fast fiber optic internet access with Wi-Fi throughout the house. The rent includes all (reasonable) utility bills.

The property has off road parking for an additional car.

Crowthorne railway station is a 25 minute walk through the fabulous grounds of Wellington college, with excellent links to Reading (London Paddington), Wokingham (London Waterloo) and Guildford. It also has a direct line to Gatwick airport.

By car, Heathrow is 25 mins and Gatwick is less than an hour's drive away.

The local village has excellent amenities including.: Costa, banks, PostOffice, library, chemists, a number of restaurants and two supermarkets.

There are also large Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury's super stores within 10 minutes drive - all do home deliveries.
