Access to garden is through side gate at the front of house. Room has been totally stripped and refurbished and has contemporary white porcelain tile floors and cream walls. The ensuite bathroom is completely tiled and fitted with Villeroy & Bosch toilet and basin with mirror and storage and a 1300 x 900 shower. Fully furnished but can be discussed with owner.
