Double Room in Emmer Green nr Cav / Rdng / Henley

Excuse the lack of pictures - I'm currently decorating and furnishing the room and so these will be uploaded mid-July. It's the first time I've rented it and so I want it to be looking it's best! Also I'm open to a Monday to Friday housemate for £450pcm.

So about the house - I'm looking for a housemate ideally from August 1st which is in a nice part of Emmer Green, just 2 miles from Reading Train Station, 1 mile to Caversham and 6 miles to Henley. It's also just a few minutes walk to the shops and pubs in both Emmer Green and Caversham.

The house itself is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and safe part of the village, has private parking and is just a 4 minute walk to bus routes 24 and 2 both of which go into Reading. I have a Garage and also a Shed if storage is required and the room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is the main bathroom upstairs with shower and bath and also a second bathroom downstairs.

The rent includes all bills, broadband internet and also includes Sky TV in your room with Movies and Sports.

I get on really well with both males and females so I'm open to living with either. Somebody fun, sociable, easy to get along with, tidy and generally someone who's up for a laugh like I am. I tend to go out at the weekends and chill during the week ad I work at Madejski Stadium selling the conference and event space - a job I love with a passion.

I appreciate that everyone needs their own space though sometimes as I do too so it's perfectly fine to spend time in your room when you need it - I won't be offended!
