I am the current Tenant and have been for near on 3 years now.
My housemate is moving out to own a property with his girlfriend.

Now i will be perfectly honest the house is large and located above local amenities.

The bus stop into town is directly outside and the shops are a 10 second walk to budgens (literally)

The rent is £550 PCM for a single person and this will include a twice monthly cleaner for the house.

The house is furnished and i should have a bed and mattress for the room by the available date of the 30/03/2015.

I am available for viewing the property most saturday late afternoon or monday evenings.
