I have a double room available to rent in a quiet house, in a reasonably quiet area for a respectable person.
Utility bills are shared, but all other bills are included. There is parking, broadband, shed storage, and use of the whole house and the garden.
The room is currently furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), desk and a big wardrobe.
My ideal would be a professional person, and I'd consider a 5 day per week arrangement (including linen laundry).
All in all, it's pretty flexible.
