Due to my current flatmate moving on to pastures new, I'm looking for a new person to share a lovely ground floor apartment.

Apartment is part of a 19th century manor house set in 14 acres of gardens with lawns, woodland and a topiary garden. Set down a private 1/3 mile drive the area is very quiet and private. There is also ample parking available. Due to location I would only suggest people with their own transport should consider this room.

The apartment itself consists of a large living room with huge sofas, working log fireplace and massive TV. Hall area with rear exit to courtyard and garden. Lovely kitchen with large double fronted fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a second fridge/freezer if anyone preferred their own. Bathroom with bath/shower.

Room available is a double furnished with a bed, chest of draws, shelves, bedside table and wardrobe.

Rent is £625 per month including all bills. Ive got sky unlimited broadband and netflix so you can stream tv/ movies all night long if you like.

I'm really easy going and laid back so someone similar would be great. Don't really want to be up partying to the early hours that often but do like a few drinks every now and again. I'm pretty tidy but not OCD about it so if you need your forks laid out in a certain way and have to organise the tins in the cupboard then this probably isn't the place for you. I do smoke and would be happy with someone else that smokes but it needs to be kept outside.

finally... there is a large ginger cat which roams the house !! He's not mine but can generally be found raiding the kitchen or snoozing by the fire..
