Available now in this clean, professional house !! Lovely comfortable fully furnished double room with double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
Bath/shower room shared with one other. There is a large kitchen / diner that is fully fitted with space in the fridge freezer for you to have a shelf and a drawer for your food. Also a large living room with TV and Sky that we are happy to share. Wifi provided.
The rent is £400 pcm to include £50 for all utility bills. No landline available.
We are looking for a female preferably to come and live with us who is happy to be there a maximum of 5 nights a week and possibly the occasional weekend by arrangement if necessary.
There is plenty of road parking. There are buses (6 and 6A) from the main road to Maidenhead and Windsor.
We both work quite long hours and are both sociable, respectful people.
There is plenty to do in the area - 4 pubs in Holyport, local shops, gyms, cinema, theatre, dancing, etc etc.
