Kingsclere is perfect for commuting to Newbury, Basingstoke and Andover as it is situated between the three, but outside the hustle bustle of the "city"
The room is currently furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and under bed storage.
There is a shared modern bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath, and a downstairs toilet also.
Dedicated parking space to the rear.
Must be a non smoker, quiet and considerate as well as a clean and tidy professional and in return will receive the same from the landlord!
I am 27, have just bought this house and will be looking for someone mature and considerate. I will have my Partner round occasionally, but generally live a quiet lifestyle.
