It has a lounge with bed/ settee plus a light and airy kitchen with table, fridge, microwave and toaster and so would suit someone who had their main meal at work and goes home at weekends. You also have your own bathroom..

Bills are included. Council tax will be added if you don't pay elsewhere.
I am an older person and very active, I do come and go and have visitors staying downstairs occasionally so am looking for someone trustworthy, easy going and communicative.
There is a bus service into local towns and Train station half a mile away. There is off road parking at the property.
