Modern Double Room For Female Professional

I am offering a double bedroom . I have a 3 bedroom modern property which has been recently decorated. The double room has a sofabed which converts into a comfy double bed . , a built in and a freestanding wardrobe , 3 chest of draws and shelving with storage space, there is also a aerial point in the room for a TV. There's blackout blinds and lamps. The shared bathroom is modern and clean with a shower, shared garden area with 2 seating area's, outside heater as its a no smoking house. shared kitchen/dining area with allocated cupboard space, a shelf in the freezer and the fridge. The living room is a shared area and has a sky package, wifi/broadband as well.
I have 1 cat that is very quiet and well behaved and a 4 year old son who sleeps through the night and is also well behaved . I like the house to be tidy and clean so everyone is comfortable. The house is a 5 minute walk to langley train station, with connections to slough and london paddington. A 5 minute walk to london road allows you to get a 81 bus which takes you to heathrow airport. public transport is easy and regular in my area.
