The house is located one mile from the M40 M4 in Cox Green/West Maidenhead. There are 2 other rooms let in the Non Smoking house. The furnished room has a Double Bed (see image). The house has a big Kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc., welcome for the lodgers to be used, and a communal room, used as dining room. BT Wireless Internet (unlimited) and all bills inclusive except BT landline telephone calls . Offroad parking is available, also the use of the garden, great for BBQ in summer . Quiet area . My wife and I do not live all the time in the house, because we are often away travelling.
The lodgers are exceptionally clean and quiet and this is a major requirement
in our non-smoking house.
We are at the house from 15th Sept until the end of September for viewing appointments.
