It is located just 0. 9 miles from Maidenhead train station and town centre, There is also easy access to the A4, A404M and M4 motorway as well as major bus routes. There is also a Co-op and Tesco Express close by.

All the rooms have good quality furniture, including a double bed with memory foam topper.
It has gas central heating, combi-boiler (so no running out of hot water) and double glazing as well as a neat and tidy lawned garden with a patio to the rear. There is also a large brick shed for storage. At the front there is off road parking for one car, and street parking. The street is quiet, so there is no issue finding a place to park.

All bills, including high speed Wi-fi, are included in the price, along with a cleaner (every two weeks) and a gardener.

The shared areas include a good sized kitchen/diner, and a separate lounge.
There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a gas oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer and an extra fridge. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery.

The lounge is very comfortable with two new sofas and a flat screen TV.
We have two rooms coming available in this lovely house. Both are upstairs and furnished to a high standard, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.

There is 2 guys and 1 girl in the house; they are professionals working in the local area. They enjoy socialising, going to the gym, playing guitar, traveling and watching films as well as watching/playing football. They are all looking for a housemate who is keen to make this a sociable household.
