This is a semi-detached house, and provides light and spacious rooms for young professionals.

It is located just 0.8 miles from Maidenhead train station and town centre, There is also easy access to the A404M and M4 motorway as well as major bus routes. There is a chip shop, local shop and Furze Platt station nearby.

The house has gas central heating and double glazing as well as a neat and tidy lawned garden with a patio to the rear. There is also a shed for storage. At the front there is off road parking for two cars, and street parking. The street is quiet, so there is no issue finding a place to park. All bills, including broadband, are included in the price, along with a cleaner (every two weeks) and a gardener.

The shared areas include a good sized kitchen, and a separate lounge/diner. There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with shower. The kitchen has oven and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. The lounge has two sofas and a flat screen TV, there is a table and chairs as well.

The room is furnished with bed and storage.
