Short term let - double room at £100 a week

We have a double room available now for £100 a week. If you need somewhere short term please get in touch.

It has a good amount of storage space, and it comes furnished. It has a garden view and is quiet.

It's a four bedroom house in total with four people. There's three rooms upstairs (yours would be one of them) and one room downstairs.

Also upstairs there's the main bathroom, and an upstairs sitting room which we use mostly for laundry and other storage.

The main bathroom has shower and bath and is a good size.

Downstairs there's a spacious dining room, sitting room, and kitchen area.

The dining room is good for board games and things like that. It also has a dart board.

The sitting room has two couches and a TV with freeview.

The kitchen has everything you need including hob, oven, microwave, as well as four fridges and 13 freezer draws. We started with just one fridge but kept adding them until everyone had their own.

There's also a small downstairs bathroom.

And there's a decent size garden too with pub table and patio chairs.

The house has high speed wifi of course.

The house is less than a minute's walk from a Tesco Express, which is open 6am to 11pm every day.

It's also a 10 minute walk to a bigger supermarket (Coop), 10 minute walk to Furze Platt train station, and it's around 20 minutes to walk into town.

The house also has parking for two cars at the front, and right now no one in the house has a car, so if you do have a car the drive would be all yours.
