Semi-young professional requires a flatmate to share a very pleasant, comfortable flat near Maidenhead town centre.

The flat is fully furnished, including double bed and wardrobe in the vacant bedroom. The room looks out over the back of the property, over a small garden area and part of the car park. Quiet and friendly, there are just six properties in the building: this flat being on the third (top) floor. The building does not have a lift, only stairs.

There is ample space in the room for a desk and chair as well as several bookshelves, in addition to the wardrobe and bed.

A great place to be, especially in the spring and summer, the property has a bright, fresh atmosphere. It also benefits from two well-kept communal garden areas, as well as being a short walk from several open spaces nearby.

Applicants will ideally be clean, tidy, sociable people; and hopefully have good taste in music! We have cultivated a friendly household and have an excellent relationship with the landlord.
