The house is 12 minutes walk from the train station and a further 5 minutes to town centre. Esso garage and off licence within a short distance walk. 10 minutes from Vanhall business park and easy access to the M4. Parking is also available opposite the house.
The room is available on the 15th August. I’m 24 young professional working full-time and the preferred tenant should be professional working full time. Room for one person only, no couples.
