Double room in two-bedroom flat, 5 - 10 mins walk from town centre. The flat is fully furnished and has everything apart from a dishwasher and tumble dryer. The room is a good size double (3. 80m x 3. 30m) and the sitting room is also quite big (5. 65m x 3. 90m).
I currently rent the other room in the flat. I'm a normal person, I work locally as a teacher, I don't get up to anything crazy! As it's currently school holidays, I can manage viewings at pretty much any time for the next couple of weeks.
