We have a single room coming available on 1st February. The room has a single bed with storage underneath and a 2 drawer chest of drawers. There is an added bonus of a full sized wardrobe and large 3 drawer chest of drawers just outside the room.

The house is a detached house, has a shower room as well as a bathroom and most importantly has a great group of tenants living there.

Everyone is quite new to Maidenhead and have been in the house for between 2 and 6 months. They are all in their twenties.

The current housemates are looking for someone who is sociable and easy-going; as a household they regularly watch TV together, go to the cinema as well as nights out in Windsor and Maidenhead.

The house is located just 0. 8 miles from Maidenhead train station and less than 0. 5 miles to Maidenhead town centre. There is also easy access to the A404M and M4 motorway and major bus routes.

The house has been recently redecorated and refurbished to a high standard. It has gas central heating and double glazing as well as a neat and tidy lawned garden with flower beds and a patio to the rear. There is also a shed for storage. At the front there is off road parking for two cars.

All bills, including high speed Wi-fi, are included in the price, along with a cleaner (every two weeks) and a gardener.

The shared areas include a good sized kitchen, and a separate lounge/dining room. There is a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a gas double oven, gas hob, washing machine and two fridge-freezers. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery.

The lounge is very comfortable with two sofas and a flat screen TV. There is also a table and chairs.

There are 2 girls and 2 guys, who are all professionals working in the local area. They enjoy socialising, going to the gym and cooking. They are all looking for a housemate who are keen to make this a sociable household.
