We are a happily married couple that enjoy time at home, socialising, playing cricket, going to restaurants & pubs in the local area and traveling.
My wife is a nutritional therapist and I am a management consultant.
We both work long hours in the week and I travel extensively for work. We are looking for someone who wants a place to stay that is clean, friendly and safe.
We own a 3 bed terrace house in a lovely little cul-de-sac, about a 15 minute walk from the railway station.
We have a kitchen with a dishwasher and all the other standard kitchen items (fridge, freezer, dryer, washing machine etc). Additionally there is a dining room and seperate large lounge.
In the garden we have a shed for storage, washing line and a space to sit outside.
The room will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side cabinet and shelves. The rent includes all bills, wifi, virgin media and a fortnightly cleaner.
There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate toilet.
There is also plenty of car parking space.
We also have two young cats, who are very sociable and spend most of the day outside.
