The double room is really spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed (Divan style with storage underneath), double wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside table with lamp. The whole house was recently renovated so everything is in great condition.

The house is ideally located if you are working in Maidenhead, Cookham, Bourne End, Marlow, Burnham, Slough, Heathrow or Central London.

It is situated on a quiet street, walking distance to Maidenhead town centre and 5 minute walk to Furze Platt train station.

The Furze Platt line connects with the Maidenhead (Paddington/Reading) line within 3 min (there is an hourly service from Furze Platt to Maidenhead and you can get to London Paddington within 37 min) and it is only 3 min to Cookham, 7 min to Bourne End & 18 min to Marlow train stations.

There is a landscaped garden with BBQ and deck chairs; perfect for relaxing after a long day at the office.

A 2 minute walk away is North Town Moor which is great for running and walks.

I'm friendly and outgoing and spend most weeknights at home in the garden or in the kitchen cooking or baking. To combat my love for cake I go to the gym during the week and often go for a bike ride on weekends along the Jubilee River route, which is especially beautiful in the summer months.

I'm looking for a young professional who also enjoys having a chat whilst cooking dinner in the evening and the odd movie night in, whilst appreciating the need for space and downtime.
