Double ground floor bedroom. House is old but very homely. You won't find cheaper rent in Maidenhead, nor a more relaxed landlord! House is a 10 minute walk to the station which I perfect for commuting to Slough, London etc.
House currently has 4 guys of which whom are all friendly professionals, most are away at weekends so the house is never too crowded. The house has a social feel to it and it pretty relaxed.
Bills tend to be in the region of around £60 a month thanks to everything being split 4 ways! We let through a mainstream estate agents and an admin fee of £240 is due when moving in, in addition to the deposit.
