The room is large, and at the back of the house, so nice and quiet. There is a double bed, large wardrobe, 3-drawer chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Everything is in really good condition.
The other housemates are looking for someone to join the house who is considerate, fun, likes to socialise with the house and are generally easy going (but tidy and clean). Are you that person?
The house has a large kitchen with eating area, also in the kitchen is a washing machine, plenty of fridge and freezer space, a combi-boiler as well as gas oven and hob. There is a door to the garden which is real sun-trap, it has a patio area as well as grass and a large brick built shed which you can use for storage.
The communal lounge has 2 large sofas, a flat-screen TV and coffee table, the wifi has unlimited download limits and is a good speed.
There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, as well as another toilet downstairs. The house is really spacious and all the bedrooms are doubles.
Gordon Road is the St Marks area of Maidenhead, it is 10-15 minutes walk to the station and town centre, there is a tesco express very close as well as easy access to the M40, M4 and A404. It is set on a quiet road with plenty of on-street parking and there is one space outside the house on the driveway. You never need to worry about finding somewhere to park.
All bills are included in the price of the room, including a cleaner every fortnight and a gardener.
