Double unfurnished room to let

I have a double room which is unfurnished available to rent from 1st October. There is a large fitted wardrobe in the room.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

Bills are not included.
Council tax is £50per month
Water is £16 per month
Electric is £20 per month.

There is currently no Internet in the property but would consider getting it installed.

There is a large living room with tv and DVD player.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and shared bath room.
This is a third floor flat in a quiet area.
There is residents parking and the train station is approximately 15 mins walk.

I am looking for a house mate who is tidy and respectful of others. Ideally a professional.

The landlady lives locally and gets things sorted quickly if there is a problem. Rent will be paid directly to her. The bills will be paid directly to me as they are int name, which will be split evenly.

I'm pretty easy going. Hardly in the flat with evenings im usually at the gym and weekends I'm pretty busy too with work or going away.

There is the option to move in on the weekend before the 1st.
