Spacious flat beside the Maidenhead Riverside

This flat is in a beautiful part of the Maidenhead Riverside, it is close to the stone bridge, Boulter's Lock and the Riverside Cafe. Behind the flat is a little river running under a bridge.

My friend is moving out on April 5. I am looking for someone friendly, relaxed and professional to replace him in our spacious flat.

- The bedroom has a wardrobe, side table and built-in closet. There is an en-suite bathroom.
- Access to M4
- There are administration + reference + income fees of £180 from the landlord's agency. There is also a deposit of £693. 75 so to moving in will cost £873. 75.
- 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to the station
- 15 minute walk to Sainsburys, 10 minute walk to Waitrose
- There is a lift
- Allocated parking for 1 or 2 cars, secured by coded gate and keyfob.
- Rent is £462. 50
- Council tax works out to be about £70. 80 per calendar month as we are tax band F which is 1700. 77 annually. The council tax is taken 10 times a year.
- We handle each bill as they come and try keep costs down.
- This is a very rough guide of our expenses. These bills are not necessarily what you would end up paying as my existing housemate probably has different usage patterns to you!
