I have a double room for single occupancy for rent (will consider mon-fri rent) this is a good sized furnished double room (2 wardrobes, 2 bed side tables, double bed & chest drawers) it is also set for a tv and sky if required (at tenant cost). There is well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer), bathroom with a seperate bath and shower & living room/dining room with virgin tv. It is in a good location with a large garden on a quiet road with free on street parking, 15 minute walk to the town and close to m4 & m40. All bills included, including wifi. I am looking for a sociable professional housemate who treats the house like there own, who is clean and tidy and doesn't mind dogs as i do have a small dog.
