Lovely Double Room for Rent in Maidenhead

Currently there are three of us living in the house, but one is moving on and we are looking for a third housemate. You would need to be an animal lover as there are three pugs living here too and there will be the occasional bark! You will need to be okay with general life living with dogs daily.

We are looking for someone who is easy going but respectful of each other privacy. We often watch tv together but equally as often are doing our own thing in our rooms. Looking for someone who is willing to contribute to the house, cleans up after themselves, helps clean the house and take rubbish out as we all do. We don't work on a rota system, more on do what needs doing as and when and with respect for each other. We are a very friendly household.

We are looking for long term, nothing shorter than 6 months. Move in dates are potentially flexible but the latest would be the 31st July. There is a contract to sign, and a cost of £96 for referencing, and an admin fee of £40. This is just to give us all security and peace of mind :) please ask any questions you might have about this.

Completely refurbished semi detached three bedroom house, with wooden flooring downstairs and carpets upstairs. The house is about a ten minute walk from Maidenhead train station and town centre.

There is a shared living room, with Sky TV, so you can set up any recordings to watch, and we have sky broadband. There is plenty of seating and a large 50" flat screen TV. Bills included. Extra £10 per month for a cleaner and £15 for he occasional visit from a gardener, this is not very often though and I always discussed as a house.

The kitchen has all the usual, washing machine and dryer, microwave, fridge freezer which you will have your own space. There is also lots of cupboard space for your food.

There is one bathroom upstairs, really nicely refurbished with a bath/shower, tiled flooring, heated towel rail.

The room comes with a double bed, duvet and pillows, duvet set as well, although obviously you can change this! There is a unit with drawers for storage/clothes and a wardrobe. You're more than welcome to bring any other furniture into the room if needed. There are also curtains. The picture doesn't actually do the room justice, so it's definitely worth coming to have a look!

There is a pet room downstairs which also doubles up as storage, if you have suitcases etc that need storing. We have a driveway for parking and there is also on street parking.

The garden is very spacious and we have lovely garden furniture for summer, including a bbq, ping pong table, large swing seat and sun loungers. The pictures of the garden were taken before we put this furniture in the garden but can be viewed with the property.
