Room in Maidenhead, close to station

Friendly lady (and Charlie the cat) seek single professional to occupy my spare room Mon to Fri. I am out during the day and often evenings too. The house is quiet apart from trains that pass by at the bottom of the garden. Broadband. Shared kitchen with microwave and all normal appliances, shared bathroom and living room. Room has a Double bed, large wardrobe. Newly decorated and carpeted. Small Garden. Easy walk to Maidenhead station, on street parking spaces close to house normally available.
I am a part time therapist and may have the odd evening appointment, my tenant would need to be understanding of this.
