Large, light, airy double bedroom

We have a furnished double bedroom, which is large, light and airy with broadband available from 11th January 2014. The room has double bed, bedside table, desk/dressing table, computer desk, chair, armchair, double wardrobe and television with DVD player.

Our home is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, next door to a park, ideal for jogging or relaxation. It is within a short 10 minute walk of the town centre, railway station, leisure centre and the countryside. There is a Vodafone bus stop at the end of the road.

We are a friendly family who are used to having foreign language students and tenants to stay, but also understand and respect your need for privacy. We have had tenants on both short and long term lets.

Our home has a large garden, housing chickens for fresh eggs, 2 sitting rooms and 3 bathrooms. We also have a large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have space outside, undercover for a bicycle if needed. We have three cats who are not allowed in the main part of the house.

There is good, home cooking and laundry provision available as an optional extra.
