Nice Double Room in Quiet Ascot Road

Looking for somebody to move in and make a new friend. Will happily socialise with new lodger or share a bottle of wine and watch movies in the evening. No need to shut yourself away :-) The bedroom is a good sized double with wardrobe 2 door hanging space and 3rd door with shelves and then across the other side of the room is overhead cupboards all the way along so lots of storage space!

Whoever moves in needs to be a special kind of someone to fit my very unusual home. I run a hedgehog rescue at my home so you will need to be a serious animal lover with no allergies or hangups about living in a super clean and organised show home! With rescue work comes a bit of chaos at times. I clean every day to ensure it's still pleasant but I'd be lying if I said it was always perfect. I have a whole bunch of hedgehogs who are in very organised cat carriers on one side of my kitchen out of the way and a few on the living room table in a corner of the room plus outside. I am working on trying to move them all outside whilst it's warmer in the summer and am releasing too. I work super hard every day to keep the house free from mess but I will need someone who can be a little patient and understanding at times, someone to pitch in with some very general housework like running a hoover round just once a week and take turns with bathroom cleaning and taking the bins out ...you know the norm in a houseshare! I also have affectionate cats and a house rabbit. The animals are a big part of my life obviously and are all very friendly. It sounds an awful lot I know but you'd soon love them all! :)

I'm a single girl so would prefer another single person or someone who wouldn't want their partner to stay over or would visit at their home instead. Due to the animals I try to keep a fairly calm environment so need to keep visitors to a minimum.

Happy with male or female company and have decor for both. As I'm quite girly a female lodger would probably be better for me but I'm honestly happy with either. My current lodger is male and my age and is now moving back to Scotland which is why the room has now come available.

If you're looking for a pretty relaxed person to live with, a bit of banter and love animals my place would be ideal but if any of the above worries you please don't waste your time coming to view. I have a nice small garden for those summer BBQs too and a loft for storage.
