House is spacious, large kitchen diner and decent size lounge with fireplace, full Sky package and unlimited broadband and have use of an outhouse.
Room would come with a separate 'walk in wardrobe', but shared bathroom (separate downstairs toilet also)
Have 2 Hungarian vizsla's.. very friendly. Very relaxed... looking for a tenant due to a relationship breakup.
The garage is an outhouse, so not suitable for a car. Very close to the A34 and 10 minutes to Newbury.
