The kitchen, bathroom & living room are shared with me the landlandy and recently renovated.
I am a 5 minute drive to the town centre which can be walked in 20-30 minutes. Furze Platt train station is also walking distance.
I am looking for a Mon-Fri lodger if less then will consider a reduced rent.
Parking is not allocated but there is plenty at the rear of the property as well as the side.
