Fun luxury big sociable house - Lower Earley

So the house, what can I tell you.

It is a Large very private detached sociable light and airy house in a really nice quiet area of Lower Earley. It has all mod cons including large plasma, Virgin Media TV, super super fast 200meg wireless internet, nice front room with leather sofas, big kitchen and living room etc.

There is actually 2 rooms available but only planning on filling 1 for now and then once filled will consider whether to fill the other.

1 is a decent sized downstairs double room (bed and some furniture could be included subject to discussion) and 1 is a decent sized upstairs room.

House has lots of parking, double garage (albeit it is full of classic cars at the moment !!) and a large rear garden used for bbqs throughout the Summer and snowmen in the winter !

Housemates are sociable, most spend very little time in their rooms but know when they want quite time then once in your rooms your not disturbed ! We all have a wide range of interests from baking, gardening, squash to restoring classic cars.

Very good transport links, bus 1 min walk away and 5 min drive to J11/10 M4. Asda, gym etc also 2 mins drive, 15 mins walk away. Car/Bus into town only 15 mins.

Ideally we're looking for a relaxed sociable housemate, flexible on male or female.

5 people may sound crowded but the house never feels crowded due to its size plus a lot of us work away quite a bit.

All bills are included in the rent, even milk, oh and council tax is included as this is often one that is extra ! !

The house is a big house and never feels crowded

Jon - a young 41, works in logistics, away 2 or 3 days a week
Duncan - a young 37, works in IT, only in the house 2 or 3 days a month
Calum and Lisa - age 24, deaf couple, very much keep themselves to themselves but lovely couple

The house always used to be a 50 / 50 mix of girls and boys and want to try and get back to that.
