There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathrooms garden, and a large amount of attic storage space.
The area outside the house is parking permit only, two permanent permits are available from the council
The other 3 tenants are IT professionals.
One of the tenants has an 7 year old child. The child does not live in the house, as the child lives with his mother, but does sometimes visit.
A non-smoker is essential.
