One sugar or two?

Our housemate Nick has been taken in by the glistening lights and high life of that there London town, so we have an attic based double bedroom available in 'ourrr house in the middleeee of our streetttt'. Did you sing along with us there? Excellent you'll fit in just fine! It's available from the 19 November 2014. The room has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, bookshelves, lovely wooden flooring AND a wardrobe! The house has an open plan lounge and kitchen with attractive breakfast bar. Lounge boasts a fairy light endorsed feature fireplace + brown rug! Large mirror (clean at time of writing). Kitchen has d/washer, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge freezers, gas hob/electric cooker. Television in the lounge with freeview and there is wireless broadband in the house (very quick!). All bills are included in the rent. The house also has a massive bathroom with corner style bath and shower. There is even a fireplace in there!

Rent of £365 all inclusive is payable in advance on the first of every month by standing order. Deposit of one months rent required which is returned at the end of the tenancy provided there is no damage caused to the room and its contents.

There is no parking available on our street at present as there are only two permits issued by the local council and both are taken. Visitor permits are available. The nearest parking available is on Waldeck Street which is a short walk away and a non permit street.

House is only a 15 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the Oracle Shopping Centre. More importantly The Turks, Afterdark and Global/Great X are all a stumbling/carrying home distance away! Room would suit professional looking to commute by train or work in the town centre.

We two boys Craig (30) and Ryan (31) and laddette (in training) Fiona (27) are chilled out, work full time and like to enjoy our weekends. No hermits need apply as we like to hang out together but at the same time have our own groups of friends so we don't live in each others pockets.

Beware house may contain mild eccentricities (a Scot!).

We are looking for a housemate with a similar outlook on life. Someone who is used to sharing perhaps, respectful of others and honest. Please email us with some information about yourself - hobbies etc - so far we have drinking gin aaaannnd, that's about it...though the full list is currently under review!! - and then we can arrange a time for viewing.
