The house is in a great location on a quiet residential road with very little traffic, 20 minutes walk from Reading Station and town, or 2 minutes from a bus stop with frequent service to the town centre. 5 minute walk to Reading West train station with a 3 minute journey to Reading main.

It's just round the corner from lots of amenities, including a 24 hour Tesco Extra, plenty of takeaways, and a couple of gyms as well as a good Indian restaurant.

I'm a friendly and considerate professional, and am looking for someone similar as a week day lodger (Monday night to Friday morning). I work full time at a pretty busy job, so I like a pretty quiet life during the week. I'm friendly and sociable, but like my own space as well.
