A nicely furnished large double room is coming available from Sunday the 10th September. It’s in a sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking, young professional houseshare close to town and University.

The 1st floor room overlooks the quiet rear garden and consists of a double bed with a quality mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair and a TV aerial point. The bedroom shares the 1st floor bathroom with one other (the other bedrooms have en-suites).

All bills are included in the rent including the cost of cleaning of the communal areas every fortnight. We also have a gardener to keep the outside areas tidy.

Sharing with four 20-something non smoking graduate professionals, all friendly and sociable, easy-going, clean & tidy and considerate - would suit someone similar, guy or girl! By September the household should be back to its usual 6 people (6th bedroom currently being refurbished).

Shared facilities in the house include all usual mod cons plus high speed 500Mb Wi-fi, smart TV, dishwasher, tumble dryer, off road parking (+ ample on road non permit), lovely sunny west-facing garden with BBQ, secure lit bike shed and 2 bathrooms.

Great location 15-20 mins walk from town, 25-30 mins walk to main train station, 10 mins to Uni and hospital or 1 min to bus stop (No. 5) to town and station. Close to several supermarkets and gyms. Easy access by car out of Reading particularly to south, east and west.
