Lovely double bedroom and private living room on the top floor of my gorgeous end terrace house.
I am preferably looking for a longer term tenant to come and live with myself and one other tenant.
I enjoy sharing a glass of wine or a beer with friends and chilling out, chatting or watching TV. You would be more than welcome to join in but you would also have your own private living room to relax and unwind. I very much want the people that I live with to feel at home here and have friends and family over to visit.
All bills including toilet paper and other household essentials are included in the rent and the house has 1 gig fttp broadband throughout plus Sky tv including sport package in main living room. The main bathroom has also just been ripped out and replaced with a lovely new one.
The house is just off the Oxford road with excellent transport links into town and also London. There is a LIDL 2 minutes walk away and a large Tesco only 5 minutes away.
There is a parking permit available for a yearly cost of £173
