I have a double room for rent down a nice quiet road in west reading (Southcote). It's a quick walk to the bus for town.
Room has a good quality double (divan) bed and wardrobe. Tenant is also welcome to use the desk in the little office if needed.
House is modern and has a comfortable size living area and kitchen, nice garden, and off-street parking. Fibre optic broadband, use of washing machine etc and all bills (incl council tax) are included.
I'm pretty easy going and generally tidy and considerate. Professionals only (house is on the wrong side of town for the uni anyway) please.
