There are cheaper rooms out there but if you want quality accommodation then it will cost more.

We think the house is worth it.

This is a single room in a large semi-detached house – in a suburban setting yet still only a 20 minute walk to town.

Plenty of parking space and plenty of storage space too with garage etc.

The kitchen is very spacious with large double-sized oven, two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer.

We have a dining room with a large table, perfect for entertaining guests with access to the garden.

The bathroom has a power shower and is clean and modern – there is a second toilet too.

Front room with TV, sofa, chairs and sofa-bed for guests - Virgin superfast broadband too.

And lovely gardens front and back – perfect for sunbathing or BBQs (we have a nice BBQ in the shed too).

We run and clean and tidy house – we are both professionals but like to have a drink and a meal together occasionally.

Bills are not included and there is a deposit/charge to pay with the high street agency that manages the tenancy.

Typical all in for £400 pcm.
