Huge room in Reading House share

This is a wonderful large room in a friendly professional house share that is managed by Opulen properties. I am moving out to live with my girlfriend and I need to find someone to move in to room. The house is a large bay fronted victorial semi and there is a lovely garden, well equiped modern kitchen and a shared lounge / conservatory. The house has just been refurbished to a very high standard and has only been occupied since September. The room is very spacious and more pictures of it are available on request. It is front facing on to a quiet one-way tree lined road. The room includes a large double bed and high quality mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and table lamp. The desk, chair and sofa are mine and will be leaving with me. On-street parking is availble by permit and non-permit parking is available a short walk from the house. The rent includes all bills and wireless broadband connection. The house is professionally cleaned once a week and there is also a gardener.
