En Suite Double with 5G Internet Available Now!

A large double room with en suite shower is available now. The room has a small kitchen cabinet with a sink (but not cooking facility) and a fridge freezer. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor will be shared. Bills are all inclusive except for extra usage of electricity in the individual room that will be paid individually by using a fitted meter box in the bedroom. Recently the internet connection was upgraded to 5G which is much faster and more reliable than the ordinary internet connection and works even in the garden!

The house is located within 6-7 minutes’ walk from Reading shopping centre where you can find Oracle Shopping Centre, cinema, broad range of shops, bars and restaurants and further 5 minutes’ walk you can reach to the Reading train station from which you can have frequent train services to London Paddington with 30 minute journey. Frequent bus services are also available. Furthermore, there are several corner shops, take a way shops, coffee shops, a post office and a Tesco Express down the road.
