I'm a live in landlord who has a small double room available to rent for a monday to friday. The minimum term is 1 month the maximum term is 6 months but this could be extended with a rolling 1 month agreement.
The room has recently been redecorated with brand new small double bed and furniture. There is access to the shared living room / dining room. Unfortunately there is no off street parking but there is plenty of local non permit parking in surrounding roads.
The flat has a bus stop outside which is a 10-15 minute ride from reading town centre or 5 minutes from Reading West station.
