Spacious double room in Reading town centre

A gorgeous and spacious double room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat right in the heart of Reading town centre. The flat has a lovely bathroom and kitchen with tiled flooring, a very comfy living room and a small reception area. There is very plush carpeting throughout the house.

Bills are not included and are usually around £100-120 per month. This will be on top of the rent stated.

The flat is located walking distance to all amenities including banks, shopping malls, restaurants, clubs, bars, shops and Reading train station.

I am looking for a professional male or female who is very clean, tidy and willing to share the flat as a house. I also want someone friendly who will be willing to share a meal or beer/whiskey. Of course I will respect their privacy as well.

A bit about myself - I am an IT professional working in Theale. Originally from India, I have been living in the UK for over 4 years now. I love technology and gaming, and have a Wii and PS3 to share. I also enjoy music, having home gatherings with friends and playing cricket.

Ideally I'm looking for a roommate for 12 months minimum but will consider for 6 months with a 2 months’ notice period.
