I'm a pretty easy going, 35 year old professional with one double room to rent, in a two bedroom, two-storey apartment, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Reading town centre, recently renovated to a modern, high spec.

I'm a sociable kinda chap, who enjoys cooking and the occasional drink whether out in town or at home with friends. Ideally I'm looking for a flatmate aged between 20 and 40, who's like minded, doesn't take themselves too seriously, clean and tidy, but not necessarily obsessive!
