Hi I'm a live-in landlord, male 42, computing professional, looking for a tidy, easygoing professional to join two current housemates.

The room is 12'*7', has a bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves if you want them. All bills included (utilities, council tax, internet).

The house is on a quiet road (Green Road) close to the university and Palmer Park. There's a large lounge, fitted kitchen, dining room, utility room, bathroom, second toilet, five bedrooms, small garden (shed for bicycles, bbq) and driveway (off-street parking for 3 vehicles).

I like movies, keep fit, reading, computers and chilling out.
